Do you excel at transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business results? Spectrum is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial planning, budgeting and analysis to shape our financial strategies and optimize performance. In this impactful role, your work will directly influence Spectrum's ability to achieve key business objectives and foster operational excellence.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Coordinate and monitor budgets while overseeing re-forecasting activities to ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Develop and interpret financial concepts to implement planning and control measures across Spectrum
  • Prepare and review comprehensive reports and analyses to support operational decisions
  • Analyze data trends in operational budget spend to help teams meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Build and deploy financial models to forecast results and identify cost savings opportunities
  • Create operating expense reforecasts and conduct variance analysis and reporting
  • Perform monthly reviews of financial statements to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Educate and recommend changes to accounting operations policies and procedures
  • Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, including automation where possible
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify and realize cost savings across Spectrum
