Full Job Description
Manage CDBU priorities and target process by engaging and collaborating with executives and helping set priorities. Assist in the development of CDBU business plans. Build "All Team Meeting" decks, manage collaborator input, and contribute to the presentation. Manage the CBO Culture Champion process for and with the CDBU executive team. Update quarterly market share reports and summary emails for executives. Develop Environmental Scan and Strategic Plan presentation, focusing on data in charts and providing data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize user requirements. Understand existing business workflows and identify ways to improve and enhance the processes using automation.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field, followed by 5 years of Progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an analyst or engineering-related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an analyst or engineering-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Technology industry know-how in memory and storage solutions.
2. Business planning, developing and implementing strategic plans, creating white paper reports, and emails for executives.
3. Managing large-scale presentations and business plan development leveraging Microsoft Power point.
4. Utilizing Excel and Power BI to analyze charts and data from analyst and internal reports to create executive presentations and emails.
5. Building visualizations using Excel and Power BI to enable executive data driven decision making.
6. Process improvement using standardizations by leveraging Excel DAX coding and Power automate.
