  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to anticipate analytical needs before they're formally requested, shaping priorities around where insight can have the greatest business impact
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering colleagues, providing subject matter expertise across the project lifecycle - scope, architecture, deliverables, acceptance, and deployment - to develop analytics products effectively and efficiently
  • Blend and integrate massive amounts of data from disparate sources to design and engineer holistic semantic layer data sources that can be used across multiple solutions
  • Ensure developed solutions are of sound quality, consistently available, and performing to expectations, driving continuous improvement by automating and streamlining technical processes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, driving design and code quality through Peer Design and Code Reviews

  • Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled conversational or agentic analytics tools (e.g., natural language querying, AI agents for automated insight generation or anomaly detection)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify ambiguous or complex technical problems and craft innovative solutions under time pressure
