Position Overview

As a Senior Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.

The Business Experience Planning & Administration Advisor Sr plays a critical role in supporting Presidents CIO Group by ensuring that business initiatives, contracts, and technology-related processes are effectively planned, governed, and executed. This role blends business analysis, program coordination, and executive-level communication to drive data-informed decisions and optimize operational outcomes.

The position will be responsible for strategic engagement with senior leadership, requiring deeper analytical insight and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support the governance of technology-related contract processes, ensuring alignment with internal controls, policies, and board-level expectations
• Facilitate end-to-end workflow coordination across business, technology, and operations teams
• Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure initiatives follow proper processes and deliver intended outcomes
• Aggregate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making across Presidents CIO Group
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and stakeholders
• Organize and present data in a clear, structured format that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify gaps in data and recommend optimal sources and strategies for data collection and utilization
• Partner with senior leaders and executives to support strategic planning and business experience initiatives in the contract processes
• Translate complex analytics into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Lead or contribute to in-depth discussions with leadership on business performance, trends, and opportunities
• Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and executive stakeholders
• Communicate complex concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse audiences
• Influence decision-making through strong storytelling supported by data and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall business experience delivery

Job Description
  • Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Leads execution and implementation of business planning processes. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Consults and influences key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $87,500.00 - $202,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
