Full Job Description
About the role

We're seeking a Sr. Manager to lead Product Partnerships within Rippling's Business Development team. You will source and execute strategic technology partnerships that accelerate our product roadmap, drive top-of-funnel growth, and create joint go-to-market motions with platform partners. This is a highly cross-functional role - you'll work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing to take partnerships from concept to shipped integration to revenue.

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and sign new product partnerships - building data-driven business cases around TAM overlap, integration feasibility, and revenue potential
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, technical scoping, commercial negotiation, legal execution, integration launch, and ongoing performance management
  • Serve as the primary BD liaison to Product and Engineering - translating partner needs into product requirements and tracking integration roadmaps through delivery
  • Design and launch co-sell, cross-sell, and referral programs with partners; define and track success metrics (partnerships executed, P&L impact, leads generated)
  • Manage a portfolio of existing product partners, establishing leadership cadences and driving accountability on joint OKRs
  • Work cross-functionally to bring partnerships to life end-to-end, representing the partnership function in Sales/Product forums and managing escalations decisively

What you will need

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships at high-growth SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated experience managing product/technology partnerships end-to-end - from sourcing through integration launch and GTM execution
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity independently across business, technical, and legal domains
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial partnerships
  • Thorough understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and partner business models

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR tech, fintech, or enterprise platform ecosystem experience
  • Technical or product management background
  • Experience with AI/ML platform partnerships
  • JD, MBA, or other advanced degrees
