  • Pipeline Development: Drive the identification, qualification, and management of a robust pipeline of opportunities supporting DISA and the listed agencies, ensuring alignment with SAIC's vision and expertise.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with operational leadership, Capture Managers, and technical SMEs to develop and execute winning pursuits aligned with both customer needs and SAIC capabilities.
  • Teaming & Alliances: Lead the development of teaming agreements and strategic partnerships to enhance SAIC's competitiveness across DISA and DAJM customers.
As a senior-level business development professional, you will:

  • Collaborate extensively with SAIC's operational and technical experts to define innovative solutions for IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and resilient communications infrastructure.
  • Build and leverage trusted relationships with agency leaders and key decision-makers to position SAIC as a valued partner for mission-critical outcomes.
  • Guide SAIC's approach to opportunity identification, competitive assessments, and price-to-win strategies, ensuring alignment with DISA priorities and unique customer challenges.
  • Oversee the development of proposal strategies and win themes tailored to the specific needs of DISA and related DAJM accounts.
  • Serve as a key participant in senior-level reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer engagement efforts, delivering actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Gather, assess, and validate customer requirements working closely with Capture and Program Managers -- identifying related needs and constraints that impact winning solution
  • Assess probable competition and evaluates relative strengths and threats - conducts or assists with black-hats, competitive scenarios, etc.
  • Participates in gate reviews, pricing, teaming, and capture reviews
