Global Relationship Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with CPG sales organizations and create effective go-to-market strategies to drive growth.

Develop data strategies that inform effective promotional planning and execution, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

Lead the development of industry insights capabilities to enhance client value and inform business decisions.

Collaborate with senior leadership in Sales and Operations to build momentum for new deals and ensure successful deal conversion.

Project manage the resolution of internal cross-functional client issues, driving timely and effective responses.

Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Promote a culture of trust, respect, and transparency within both the team and client relationships.

Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs in Deductions recovery, building an efficient recovery process.

Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase client value, fostering an innovative mindset.

Translate high-level strategies into executable plans that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Build and manage collateral requirements for client meetings, coordinating with key teams like Sales, Operations, and Digital.

Perform SWOT analysis, due diligence, and financial assessments to gauge business impact for potential new clients.

Foster a transformation mindset, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

Mentor and develop a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled team, driving growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
