Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of complex business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to assess business challenges, document and optimize processes, develop governance frameworks, and support the implementation of strategic solutions. You will contribute to all phases of consulting engagements, from research and analysis through implementation and operational readiness, helping clients improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and achieve their business objectives. Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead workshops and working sessions related to process standardization, operating model implementation, governance, and future state operational readiness.
. Lead development and refinement of future-state processes, governance structures, roles and responsibilities, and operating procedures required to support operational transformation initiatives.
. Guide implementation and transition planning activities, including sequencing, operational readiness, adoption approaches, and realization of future-state operations.
. Help stakeholders work through differing perspectives and support practical, timely decisions throughout the engagement.
. Develop presentations, decision materials, and executive-ready deliverables to support alignment and decision-making.
. Support proposal development, client pursuits, and solution shaping activities, including estimates, work plans, presentations, and proposal content.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support client objectives.
. Mentor and coach junior consultants, business analysts, and project team members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Minimum 10 years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model implementation, process improvement, governance, or organizational change initiatives.
. Experience implementing or operationalizing future-state operating models, governance structures, or operational processes.
. Experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders.
. Experience leading process standardization initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
. Prior consulting experience as part of overall career experience.
. Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience within contact centre, service desk, workload/workforce management, or customer support operations.
. Experience supporting operational readiness, transition planning, or post-implementation stabilization initiatives.
. Experience working within government or other large, complex organizations.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000-$140,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
