Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or IT coordination.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and enhancing information technology systems.
• Experience in graphic design preferred for creating training materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and authentication for various programs and applications.
• Lead communication initiatives to promote transparency within the division.
• Build partnerships with juvenile justice system users to ensure consistent system use.
• Serve as a liaison during system updates and IT projects for the JJYS user community.
• Create and distribute training materials to improve staff understanding of system processes.
• Maintain and update the division’s public website using WordPress/Cornerstone.
• Collaborate with finance to manage service codes in the case management system.
• Design and manage surveys and dashboards using Qualtrics.
