Full Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to support Stock Loan and Securities Finance initiatives. This role involves gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, analyzing front-to-back workflows, and translating stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Serve as Senior Business Analyst for Stock Loan / Securities Finance programs, supporting trade capture, borrow/loan activity, settlement, collateral management, recalls, returns, rate changes, and lifecycle events
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements; develop BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with stakeholders across trading, middle office, operations, risk, and technology to understand requirements and align on solutions
  • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis to evaluate current-state systems and define future-state workflows
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation for development and delivery teams
  • Support solution design, development, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness; develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate with stakeholders through resolution and closure

Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, securities finance, or stock loan environments
  • Strong expertise in Stock Borrow/Loan and Securities Lending processes and workflows
  • Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering, functional documentation, BRD development, user story creation, and process flow diagramming
  • Experience with UAT coordination, stakeholder management, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Solid understanding of front-to-back capital markets operations and settlement workflows
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
