Full Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master to work remotely.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
  • Leading requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery.
  • Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs.
  • Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.
  • Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.

Salary Range: $100,000- $110,000
