Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project
Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables
Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication
Organize and lead working sessions, project meetings, follow-up calls, and status update meetings
Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities
Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
Develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions
Qualifications
