About the role you're considering

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a patient-centric digital platform program. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical delivery while ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Your role

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Coordinate activities between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and working sessions; track actions, decisions, and follow-ups to drive progress.
  • Actively support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and testing teams.
  • Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage evolving business needs, including documenting and communicating scope changes effectively.


Your skills and experience

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in life sciences, biopharma, or healthcare environments, preferably supporting patient-centric or digital health initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across geographically distributed teams.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $164,164

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
