What You'll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert in Metals trading, including precious and base metals.
Focus on physically settled metals transactions and related front-office workflows.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders and key stakeholders.
Clearly articulate scope, assumptions, and dependencies for requirements.
Analyze and understand the impact of upstream and downstream systems on business processes.
Collaborate with technology teams to identify and drive system enhancements supporting Metals trading activities.
Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Support solution deployment and ensure successful adoption by business users.
