Full Job Description
This role supports mobile product delivery for advisor-facing capabilities across iOS and Android platforms. The Business Analyst will partner closely with the Client's Product Owners, UX, and Engineering teams to translate product vision into clear, executable requirements. The role is heavily focused on mobile user experience and UI-intensive development, requiring strong expertise in writing user-centered stories, defining mobile workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution across evolving delivery phases. Req.#[redacted] Responsibilities Partner with The Client's Product Owners, UX teams, and Engineering to elicit, document, and refine requirements for AI-powered advisor workflow capabilities Translate high-level product vision into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can execute against Support Product Owners in backlog grooming by ensuring stories are well-scoped, prioritized, and sprint-ready, maintaining 2-3 sprints of backlog readiness Define clear and measurable acceptance criteria, including AI-related outcomes such as accuracy thresholds, explainability requirements, and relevance benchmarks Map advisor workflows to AI-enabled features and mobile user journeys; identify gaps, edge cases, and data dependencies Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to validate alignment with AI orchestration, data access patterns, and security models Support UAT cycles by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with business stakeholders for feature validation, and capturing feedback Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from advisor needs to user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases Document and communicate Business Analyst artifacts, including process flows, data dictionaries, API requirements, and state diagrams for AI agent behaviors Continuously refine and update backlog documentation as the program evolves through PoC, Pilot, and Enterprise-scale phases Requirements Strong Business Analyst experience in enterprise or platform-driven environments with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements Demonstrated experience working as part of mobile application teams (iOS and/or Android) with a strong understanding of mobile UX constraints, patterns, and best practices Proven ability to write high-quality, user-centered user stories and define mobile user experiences, especially for UI-heavy backlogs Understanding of AI agent architectures, conversational flows, and intelligent workflows, including writing requirements for non-deterministic AI behaviors Financial services experience preferred; Wealth Management or Broker-Dealer domain experience is a strong plus Excellent skills in authoring user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Familiarity with distributed data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), APIs, and documenting data requirements for AI pipelines Strong Agile/Scrum experience with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving programs with shifting priorities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; structured thinker with high attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
