Key Responsibilities- Build stakeholder relationships with product owners, senior leaders, and technical teams.
- Elicit requirements using facilitation techniques, user stories, backlog management, and workflow documentation.
- Identify gaps between requirements and solutions to define MVPs and phased delivery approaches.
- Ensure effective data design by establishing key business questions and user interaction needs.
- Guide solution analysis with domain knowledge and collaboration with technical teams.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Participate in UAT, analyze feedback, and recommend defect resolution or new requirements.
- Support decision-making through trade-off analysis and facilitation with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis functions (process analysis, roadmap development, requirement elicitation).
- Proven experience developing requirements and designs.
- Experience with Agile methods and backlog management.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong facilitation skills in cross-functional groups.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools, SQL, and Office 365.
- Experience with web analytics (GA 360, GA4 preferred).
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)- Retail industry experience.
Certifications (if any)- Not required, but relevant certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, or Analytics tools are a plus.
