-POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a business-savvy, strategic leader and proactive Senior Business Analyst to lead the rollout and ongoing evolution of CORE and Field Spot while establishing best practices and mentoring business analysts. This role requires someone who can listen, challenge, and translate operational needs into actionable user stories that deliver value, while also building capability within the team and influencing organizational culture. You will work closely with business units, product owners, development teams, and senior leadership to ensure CORE and Field Spot meets real business priorities while driving harmonization, adoption, and organizational maturity.
-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, quality oversight, and professional development to elevate analytical rigor and stakeholder management across both programs.
- Establish BA standards, processes, and best practices that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of requirements across the programs.
- Drive strategic alignment between business unit priorities, platform capabilities, and organizational transformation objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to articulate business case, ROI, and strategic impact of CORE and Field Spot initiatives.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Influence
- Engage with senior stakeholders across product lines, regions, and functions to understand strategic operational challenges, competitive positioning, and harmonization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional governance forums and steering committees to prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making at the executive level.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key business leaders, ensuring CORE and Field Spot remains aligned with evolving business strategy.
- Champion organizational change, promoting harmonized processes, best practices, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
- Requirements & Delivery Excellence
- Translate complex business strategy and operational needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework, ensuring seamless handoff to the delivery team for detailed system requirements, functional designs, and configuration specifications.
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops, facilitating strategic discussions that challenge assumptions, clarify priorities, and align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
- Own the requirements backlog strategy, ensuring prioritization reflects both tactical needs and long-term strategic objectives.
- Serve as the authoritative voice of the business within the CORE and Field Spot programs, ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational impact and business value.
- Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead deployment, UAT, and adoption strategies in partnership with product owners and implementation leaders, ensuring successful program execution.
- Drive accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery through rigorous tracking, documentation, and follow-through on requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact business value realization, escalating appropriately to senior leadership.
- Measure and communicate program success, establishing KPIs and regularly reporting on business impact to executive stakeholders.
-QUALIFICATIONS- Required Experience
- 8+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience, ideally within enterprise platform transformation, large-scale operations, or complex matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring analysts, building teams, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to communicate with confidence and influence at all levels-from C-suite executives to frontline teams.
- Advanced expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog strategy, and Agile delivery at scale.
- Track record of successfully challenging assumptions, clarifying complex needs, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
- Strategic thinking with ability to connect tactical requirements to broader business and organizational transformation goals.
- Excellent follow-through, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and executive presence.
- Ability to thrive, lead, and drive results in fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organizations.
-PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- Experience leading or scaling BA functions within large-scale digital transformation or harmonization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile delivery tools) and program/portfolio management approaches.
- Knowledge of contract management, scheduling, resourcing, and time/expense platforms is a plus.
- Experience with organizational change management and driving adoption of new processes/systems.
- Background in operations, finance, or supply chain within professional services or global enterprises.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or harmonization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile delivery tools).
- Knowledge of contract management, scheduling, resourcing, and time/expense platforms is a plus.
- Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, etc.).
