Senior Brand and Graphics Designer

Telarus is seeking a Senior Brand & Graphics Designer who can think big and execute brilliantly. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who operates at both the strategic and hands-on executional level-defining direction, building scalable systems, and delivering exceptional work across every touchpoint.

As part of Telarus's Marketing organization, you will steward the company brand across campaigns, digital experiences, product storytelling, and industry events. While this role requires strong brand instincts and strategic thinking, the majority of your time will be spent creating and producing high-quality work that supports the day-to-day needs of the business. You'll be equally comfortable shaping the vision and creating the work-personally driving high-impact design while establishing the standards and frameworks that ensure consistency as we scale.

You'll operate at the intersection of brand strategy, design craft, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering across teams to bring Telarus's story to life in a clear, compelling, and cohesive way.

What You'll Do

Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction
  • Own and evolve the company's brand system, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Translate the company's brand into compelling visual systems across corporate, product, marketing, sales, and event initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual standards, iconography, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Raise the overall creative standard while preserving brand integrity and alignment with corporate messaging.

Hands-On Design Production & Sales Enablement
  • Serve as the primary designer for the organization, personally creating a wide range of assets that support Marketing, Sales, Learning & Development, and Executive Leadership.
  • Design and produce presentations, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, event assets, digital graphics, campaign creative, internal communications, and executive-facing materials.
  • Act as the first line of creative support for prioritized business initiatives, balancing strategic projects with a steady flow of tactical production work.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to quickly translate business needs into polished, on-brand creative that supports active deals and customer conversations.
  • Balance speed and quality-producing thoughtful, on-brand work within fast-moving timelines.
  • Success in this role comes from a willingness to be deeply hands-on producing a high volume of business-critical creative while maintaining exceptional design quality and brand consistency.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Creative
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop creative assets supporting campaigns, product launches, digital publications, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling visual narratives that translate complex technology and partner ecosystem concepts into clear, engaging creative.
  • Support high-visibility initiatives including trade events, partner programs, and executive communications.

Digital & Product Experience Collaboration
  • Partner with Digital and Product teams to ensure brand expression is integrated into digital interfaces and user experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of UX principles, and digital product aesthetics a plus but not required.

Creative Operations & Scalable Systems
  • Build scalable creative systems including templates, design frameworks, and production workflows.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when additional capacity or specialized expertise is required.
  • Establish processes that allow creative output to scale efficiently while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of design and creative leadership experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or complex services environments.
  • Proven experience developing and managing brand systems across both digital and physical channels.
  • Expertise with modern design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other collaborative design platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest/experience with AI design principles and solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • A systems mindset - able to design for scale, governance, and measurable brand impact.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar) is a plus.

A portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign work, and digital design is required for consideration.

This role reports to the VP of Corporate Marketing.
