SENIOR BMS/BMA ANALYST, MA Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC) , is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the building's management and automation systems, including the buildings HVAC systems and Chiller Plant to ensure optical performance and efficiency. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, performing routine visual inspections, as well as documenting and supervising maintenance by manufacturers' service technicians.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED : Graduate of a technical or trade school; a minimum of five years of experience within the past ten years carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance; ability to read blueprints, control sequences and have a clear understanding of codes and regulations; supervisory experience with mechanical contractors; familiarity with building management systems in a facility ofsimilar size and scope and with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and associated software programs; and familiarity with information technologies as they relate to data center operations, including networking, cabling and equipment best practices.

This position is on site at MGHPCC in Holyoke, MA.

A willingness to participate in an on-call program sharing responsibilities, including days, evenings, and nights as well as weekends and holidays.
