Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Senior Benefit Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional benefit services to internal and/or external clients while ensuring operational excellence and program compliance. This role manages the end-to-end delivery of benefit programs, resolves complex service issues, and works collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance customer experience. The consultant brings deep expertise in benefits administration, service delivery, and process improvement to drive program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
What will you do?- Manage day-to-day delivery of benefit programs and services
- Support client inquiries and resolve complex benefit-related issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and program guidelines
- Monitor service delivery metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service delivery
- Document processes and develop training materials for team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Mentor and support junior team members

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
