Full Job Description
Your Contribution:

As the Regional Head of Benefits North America, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the regional benefits strategy across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. You will lead the North American Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective employee benefit programs that support MAHLE's business objectives and strengthen our position as an Employer of Choice.
• Strive to create an inclusive environment in which employees are valued and respected.
• Take ownership of talent management practices within your team. This includes, but is not limited to, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage all North American Non-Monetary Benefits activities in alignment with globally defined strategy and processes
• Lead a team of employees responsible for benefits administration located in the US and Mexico and for Retirement & Pension
• Translate global Non-Monetary Benefits strategy into concepts, methods, and processes to meet regional specific needs and ensure MAHLE remains an Employer of Choice
• Define North America / local Non-Monetary Rewards programs ex: vision, dental, medical, retirement, etc. in alignment with governmental requirements and global governance
• Oversee the maintenance and governmental compliance of retirement (401k) and pension plans and the annual enrollment / benefits selection process for the US (October-November)
• Ensure all program compliance with governmental requirements. Track respective KPIs for North America to determine overall regional performance within the area of responsibility

Your Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience preferred in Non-Monetary Benefits, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and understanding of different cultures and working across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries
• Very good experience with analytical tools
• Business fluent in English, Spanish or other secondary language skills are a plus
