Job DescriptionSenior Benefits Administration Services Analyst with Advanced Excel Skills required. Responsibilities- Executing established client-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and oversight from Sr. Leadership.
- Researching and responding to client and participant escalated issues. (Such as eligibility, data, service delivery, etc.)
- Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
- Performing peer review on work completed by other team members.
- Interfacing with external client contacts to scope change work.
- Review and maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides and Process documents, making updates and obtaining client signoffs as needed.
- Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.
- Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from Discovery through Go-Live, including project management.
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for client rules & expectations.
- Act as steward for Conduent Data Requirements in partnership with Data Management team.
Requirements- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Have formal education and 4 plus years of relevant expertise in Defined Benefits.
- Have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Project Management skills
- 3 years of SQL query execution & development
- Familiarity with project life cycle and project management

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $80-90k.
