  • Execute client-defined benefits processes with little supervision.
  • Research and respond to escalated client and participant issues.
  • Triaging system issues to ensure compliance with requirements.

  • Interface with external clients to define project scope changes.
  • Maintain and update Business Requirements and Administrative Guides as needed.
  • Identify enhancements for process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in their roles.
  • Lead change initiatives from Discovery to Go-Live, including project management duties.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on client rules and expectations.

Job Description

Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst with Advanced Excel Skills required.

Responsibilities
  • Executing established client-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and oversight from Sr. Leadership.
  • Researching and responding to client and participant escalated issues. (Such as eligibility, data, service delivery, etc.)
  • Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
  • Performing peer review on work completed by other team members.
  • Interfacing with external client contacts to scope change work.
  • Review and maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides and Process documents, making updates and obtaining client signoffs as needed.
  • Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.
  • Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from Discovery through Go-Live, including project management.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for client rules & expectations.
  • Act as steward for Conduent Data Requirements in partnership with Data Management team.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80-90k.
