What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend services powering our healthcare platform
  • Own the full lifecycle of features: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and improvement
  • Drive continuous integration and deployment across the platform
  • Contribute to innovation and ongoing performance optimization
  • Ensure code quality with peer reviews, testing, and strong development practices
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on integrations (EHR, billing, accounting systems)
  • Implement and uphold security and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, OWASP best practices)
  • Document workflows, share knowledge, and strengthen engineering practices across the team

Additional Notes

  • This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
