Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business analysis experience in capital markets or financial services
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Calypso back-office systems
• Strong grasp of financial accounting processes and reporting
• Proven capability in gathering and documenting functional requirements
• Experience with accounting events and general ledger integration
• Familiarity with trade lifecycles and post-trade processing
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior business analyst for Calypso back-office initiatives
• Lead and analyze requirements for Calypso accounting capabilities
• Work with finance and operations to define business solutions
• Document business requirements and functional specifications
• Analyze existing Calypso configurations for improvements
• Support functionality across multiple asset classes
• Coordinate testing activities and investigate production issues
