Reporting To: Pat, Operations & Service Manager
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 / hour

- The ability to work independently in occupied luxury homes
Your Location:- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Schedule:- Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm
Your Manager:- Pat, Operations & Service Manager
Your Contribution to Haas Entertainment:- Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems
- Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
- Understanding of wiring and signal flow
- Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Lutron QSX)
- Advanced understanding of networking
- Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV, automation, lighting and environmental controls
- Control System Programming
- Train clients on use of systems
- Provide excellent customer service
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience (PREFERRED)- 5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience
- Crestron Home, Lutron, Control4, URC, and RTI
- Araknis, Ruckus, and SonicWall
