Full Job Description
What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate on our Valuation Services team, you will take the lead on complex business and portfolio valuations while supporting our audit teams with independent valuation reviews. You will work across multiple engagements simultaneously, leveraging your analytical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver accurate, client-ready work product.

Valuation & Analysis
  • Apply conceptual thinking and analytical skills to conduct business valuations and portfolio valuations, and review valuations in support of audit teams
  • Perform in-depth financial and valuation analysis and modeling
  • Keep current on best practices in industry analysis and market data/issues, sharing knowledge with the team and clients to improve decision-making
  • Compile and issue supporting documentation and final reports for ongoing projects
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Continue to advance technical knowledge and pursue relevant credentialing


Client Experience
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from staff to executive leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute meaningfully to discussions
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring insight and offer solutions to complex problems


Team Leadership
  • Review work from Interns and Staff, providing constructive and timely feedback
  • Serve as a technical expert and mentor in the valuation space to Interns and Staff


Who You Are

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of valuation experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to easily transition between projects and engagements

Preferred Experience
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other valuation industry credentials


Estimated Base Range: $80,000-$110,000

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
