As a Senior Associate of Ultimate Rewards Marketing in the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, you will drive and execute marketing strategies that increase redemption engagement and value realization across the card portfolio. You'll partner with teams across Product, Analytics, Digital, Finance, Controls, and Card Member Services to bring omnichannel, data-driven campaigns to life — improving the customer experience at every stage of the redemption journey.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Drive and execute Ultimate Rewards redemption strategies across credit card products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Develop and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing programs for customers who are eligible for or likely to redeem
  • Build and maintain reporting for redemption-focused campaigns, tracking engagement metrics at both the portfolio and aggregate level
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to synthesize campaign results and develop new tactics that improve the redemption experience
  • Enhance existing Ultimate Rewards marketing campaigns and create new strategies tailored to specific customer segments
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, leading through collaboration and influence across teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4 years of direct marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external partners across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify clear objectives, leverage data to inform strategy, and measure success effectively
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across teams without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong control environment and adhering to risk and compliance procedures

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in credit card marketing and/or loyalty and rewards marketing
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience designing omnichannel lifecycle journeys across email, site, and in-app ecosystems
  • Experience partnering with analytics and insights teams to translate performance data into campaign optimizations
  • Track record of improving existing campaigns while simultaneously developing new strategies for specific customer segments
