Join Aprio's Tax Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Associate, Tax - Real Estate to join their dynamic team.

You'll bring deep knowledge of taxation and extensive client-facing experience. Our Tax team gives you the chance to build lasting relationships with middle-market and large clients. If you like working with collaborative, energetic teams, this is a place to grow your career!

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefitingclients in diverse industries.
  • Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all required tax returns.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our company's tax position while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Coordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax department.


Qualifications:

  • Recent work experience with an accounting firm.
  • 3-5 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting.
  • Experience in Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returns.
