The Senior Associate Specialist, Reporting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to support business decision-making. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining data integrity across reporting systems. The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and provide actionable insights.

What we are looking for

The Senior Associate Specialist, Reporting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to support business decision-making. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining data integrity across reporting systems. The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and provide actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support monthly consolidation of Group entities, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform IFRS reconciliations and consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to variance analysis for business unit management.
  • Review financial records and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in periodic compliance testing and monitor adherence to internal controls and reporting standards.
  • Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with Group headquarters and subsidiaries to align financial reporting and ensure consistency across entities.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial controls, including system reconciliations and data integrity checks.
  • Participate in special projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance and reporting processes.
  • Perform additional ad hoc finance and reporting tasks as required by management.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
  • Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work during US business hours and time zones.


WORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.


Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is:
$88,600 - $107,600

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
