About the RoleThe ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity but grounds their work in uncompromising operational rigor. You will be responsible for translating high-level company objectives into actionable quarterly sales goals. You will combine analytical rigor with operational discipline to audit sales funnels, support the buildout of new systems and processes, and leverage cutting-edge AI to maximize productivity. You will report to a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Analytics to turn a research-backed vision into a highly disciplined, scaled revenue engine.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Translate Strategy into Execution: You will execute on demanding quarterly sales targets, tracking progress against key growth drivers to maintain consistent and rapid expansion.
- Establish Operational Governance: You will help run the cadence of the business, including Weekly Business Reviews, ensuring every lead, opportunity, and deal is tracked with precision.
- Drive sales acceleration through rigor: You will improve the efficiency of our sales team by implementing tooling and systems updates, and optimizing the sales funnel through meticulous measurement and inspection for where we are succeeding or need improvement.
- Innovate with AI: You will explore and pilot the latest AI tools and technologies to drive step-function improvements in sales productivity and outreach effectiveness.
We're excited about you because...- You have 2+ years of experience in any of the following fields: sales/business planning, strategy & operations, business consulting, analytics
- You have a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher
- You're an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL and Excel experience is required. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred

CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$88,400-$130,000 USD
