Full Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Operations Senior Associate is responsible for developing and supporting our Sales processes, tools, and analytics. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you will assist in managing the day to day operational needs of the Sales team as well as in developing processes, implementing tools, and building analytics assets to ensure that we are continually improving operational efficiency and driving commercial success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in driving our commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and implementation of our Sales processes and CRM
  • Support our regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting; Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to manage and manipulate commercial data in order to provide leadership with a clear understanding of team performance
  • Work directly with Commercial Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation Plans
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations, and support execution on cross functional projects to improve operational efficiency
  • Design and build reports and dashboards within our CRM and business intelligence tools
  • Support development of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting commercial KPIs
  • Reduce bottlenecks to increase the velocity of the Sales process; help introduce automation and additional tools where appropriate


QUALIFICATIONS

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS environment
  • Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus
  • Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
  • Comfort with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and/or in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight

Preferred
  • Experience in health information technology, life sciences, or related industry


Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $80,000 - 100,000 + annual bonus opportunity.

Hiring Locations

Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.

For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations-regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at least once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.

Due to tax and labor regulations, we can only hire from specific states. Remote work is supported in the following key hub locations and approved states:
