Position Title: Compliance Analyst - Global Operational Compliance

Location: Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, Clifton, New Jersey or Ashburn, VA

Your Role

As part of the Global Operational Compliance team, the Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the consistent execution of global compliance programs across regions. This position partners cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, IT, Information Security, and Sustainability to ensure audit readiness, program coordination, and alignment with global data center standards. The role is critical in driving compliance oversight, supporting governance frameworks, and ensuring operational processes meet established regulatory and industry standards.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate global audit readiness activities, including audit schedules and documentation across regions
  • Support compliance with key frameworks such as ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures aligned to internal and external standards
  • Monitor compliance program performance, including tracking non-conformance issues and corrective action plans
  • Review and validate closure evidence related to audit findings and non-conformance items
  • Maintain compliance logs, databases, and reporting (e.g., non-conformance registers and status updates)
  • Prepare and communicate compliance reporting and status updates to leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, InfoSec, Privacy, H&S, Sustainability) to support compliance initiatives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions related to compliance programs and policies
  • Support ServiceNow GRC activities, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting compliance data


What you'll need
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or project management roles
  • Experience working in global or international organizations
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.)
  • Experience supporting audits and third-party assessments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for compliance tracking and reporting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into practical processes and controls
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
