Senior Associate- Program Manager -Students & Grads Tech
Summary of Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for Associates and People Leaders on Capital One's Performance and Talent Management Process
- Hold office hours to guide People Leaders through performance-related scenarios
- Assess Performance and Talent Management data, identifying key trends
- Present proposals to key leaders, informed by talent and performance management data, to monitor and report on program health
- Collaborate with the Program Team and HR Business Partners to assess and implement changes informed by Performance Management data
- Serve as the primary POC including communicating with associates, managers, business leaders, stakeholders, and other partners across a range of levels, business functions to ensure program success
- Support data initiatives by
- Manage comprehensive communications across multiple channels including team calendars, Google Sites, email, newsletters, and Slack
- While this role is based in either McLean or Richmond, travel to either of the locations will be required 2-3 times annually (travel sponsored by by Capital One)
Basic Qualifications:- Associate's degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in program or project management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or engagement or a combination of both
Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or consulting
- Experience working at a technology company
- Experience with project management
- Experience interpreting metrics and trends
- Experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting
- Proficient knowledge of G Suites including Google Slides and Google Sheets
- High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts
- Strong empathetic communication skills with varying levels of leaders and associates

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. HR Associate
Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. HR Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
