Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, E&M Production to join our Digital Strategy and Solutions team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on AV production, event technology, attendee engagement, and experience design for signature and partner-level programs; translate program objectives, attendee needs, and brand standards into integrated production strategies for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP process for AV, production, and event technology services, including scope development, budget analysis, proposal evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation support, and key procurement milestones
  • Partner with approved AV providers and agency partners to develop creative, technically sound, and cost-effective production solutions, including scenic design, staging, lighting, sound, video, streaming, and presentation technologies; establish clear expectations for vendors and agency partners; monitor performance, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and adherence to firm standards throughout the event lifecycle
  • Provide onsite production leadership for all assigned programs, including venue and technical reviews, load-in, rehearsals, speaker support, show execution, issue resolution, and load-out
  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans, schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and run-of-show materials to support seamless execution and cross-functional alignment; anticipate production risks, resolve issues quickly, and escalate material concerns with clear options and recommendations; coordinate the development, collection, quality review, and delivery of production assets, including presentations, videos, graphics, show content, and speaker materials
  • Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners while representing the events and meetings function with professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset; identify and recommend leading industry practices, emerging technologies, and engagement approaches that strengthen attendee experience and elevate the firm's brand
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in AV production, event production, experiential events, or a related field, with demonstrated success supporting complex, high-profile programs; strong knowledge of live, virtual, and hybrid event production, including staging, audio, lighting, video, streaming, presentation systems, and event platforms
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Experience developing scopes of work or RFPs and managing AV providers, production vendors, or agency partners through planning and onsite delivery; strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, client-service orientation, and commitment to teamwork, quality, and brand standards
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% and to work onsite during assigned programs, including occasional evenings or weekends as program schedules require
