ROLE SUMMARY
In this role, you will act as a Platform Engineer for the pro-code Agent Platform that serves a diverse group of colleagues – ranging from novice business analysts and developers to expert data scientists and principal engineers – across the enterprise. The role will require the ability to flex between technical engineering of the platform and hands on working knowledge creating Azure solutions and pro code AI agent applications as a Customer Zero of the platform. You will be an engineering and operations developer for the Azure-based Agent Platform, including integration of Foundry services to enable secure, scalable, and compliant procode AI agents and data applications.
You will contribute to build a reliable, transparent, interoperable and sustainable enterprise-grade platform with security, governance, cost management, and lifecycle in mind to deliver a bestinclass developer experience. This will include usingInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)to provision cloud resources in a consistent, repeatable way, ensure environments are highly available and easily reproducible while ensuring tracing, monitoring, and observability of agents. You will also integrate Azures latest capabilities (includingMicrosoft Foundryfor Agentic AI applications) into the platform, helping the organization leverage Agentic AI in business solutions.
You may have a software development, systems engineering, or DevOps background, or you might have started your career in cloud platform engineering with modern infrastructure automation practices and have a passion for building robust cloud platforms that empower teams to move faster.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Agent Platform Solution Development: Participate in the design, development, and service/operation of the enterprise procode AI agent platform on Azure, including Foundry integrations.
- Automate Cloud Infrastructure: Develop highly available, scalable, and reproducible Azure environments scripts using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); implement CI/CD pipelines for platform components and configurations.
- Security & Compliance by Design: Implement robust controls across identity (RBAC) and policy guardrails aligned to enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Integrate Foundry & AI Services: Operationalize Microsoft Foundry and related AI/ML services to enable agentic applications and create runbooks for development teams.
- Reliability Engineering & Observability: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- MultiEnvironment Operations: Contribute to manage global environments and selfservice tenants.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; OR a master's degree with more than 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience using CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with the Agent Platform team to maintain key informational content and drive platform adoption.
- Superior problemsolving and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with telemetry and observability to instrument, generate, collect, and export telemetry data (metrics, logs, and traces) to help analyze agents performance and behavior.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform complex data analysis and incident triage.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $79,400.00 to $132,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
