Join a centralized Paid Media Analytics team that turns complex, multi-channel marketing data into insights and tools that help teams move faster and make smarter decisions. You'll partner closely with media, performance marketing, and business teams to expand measurement, improve efficiency, and elevate how we plan, test, and optimize campaigns.

As a Senior Associate Paid Media Analytics at JPMorganChase within Chase Marketing Analytics, you will be the analytics and optimization expert helping teams understand what's working, why it's working, and what to do next. You'll combine performance reporting, analysis, visualization, forecasting, and storytelling to drive better outcomes across paid marketing channels including social, display, video, and audio. You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders and use data to challenge assumptions, shape strategy, and improve campaign performance.

Job responsibilities
  • Conduct analytical assessments of campaign performance, identifying key drivers of success aligned to business goals
  • Define, establish, and track campaign performance key performance indicators, communicating insights to senior marketing partners to inform strategy
  • Aggregate data across platforms and sources to create a complete, consistent view of campaign performance
  • Lead performance review discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on learnings and next steps
  • Forecast business key performance indicators and report progress against goals over time
  • Partner with analytics and media teams to design tests that measure the effectiveness of media strategy and execution
  • Translate data-driven learnings into recommendations that improve strategic media plans and optimization decisions
  • Define tracking, tagging, and measurement requirements for campaigns and tests
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and influence through clear, compelling data storytelling

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytics, or marketing-related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, with marketing analytics experience
  • Experience analyzing paid marketing performance across at least one major channel (e.g., social, display, video, or audio)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build clear performance readouts for stakeholders
  • Proven ability to solve problems using data and communicate the "so what" in a business-relevant way
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to multi-level audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
  • Experience partnering with both analytics and business stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in media buying analytics, media analytics, or omnichannel marketing analytics
  • Experience with data visualization and workflow tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python for analysis and automation
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk)
