JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Associate will serve as a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO (OCEO), helping translate executive priorities into execution through strong project management, analytical rigor, communication, and stakeholder coordination. This role reports to the Managing Director, OCEO, and will support enterprise initiatives, Executive Committee operations, strategic projects, leadership communications, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Executive Committee governance, including agenda development, executive meeting materials, decision tracking, action item management, and follow-through to ensure effective executive decision making.
  • Prepare leadership meeting materials, executive briefings, presentations, and decision-support content that translates complex, cross functional topics into clear executive narratives.
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the OCEO, partnering with initiative owners to track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Draft executive communications, presentations, and messaging.
  • Develop enterprise reporting, tracking mechanisms, and executive-level analytics to monitor progress against strategic priorities.
  • Support the delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives and other CEO-sponsored strategic priorities.
  • Drive accountability tracking and follow-through across strategic priorities, proactively flagging gaps or risks before they become escalations.
  • Independently lead discrete, time-bound special projects assigned by the CEO or other executives, owning the work from scoping through execution.
  • Champion opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide occasional support on highly confidential matters, including limited Family Office activities, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

Experience:

  • 4 – 7 years of total experience, including a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, executive leadership teams, or corporate strategy functions is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required.

Additional Compensation:


Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
