JOB DESCRIPTION

If you're energized by the work that makes great marketing possible — the data, the infrastructure, the cross-functional coordination — this role puts you at the center of it all. You'll help power some of the most personalized, high-impact campaigns in consumer financial services, working alongside talented marketers, analysts, and technologists to build capabilities that scale. • Develop and execute segmentation strategies that support personalized marketing programs, including audience definition, readiness, and operationalization
  • Program-manage cross-functional delivery for campaign capability needs, including intake, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates
  • Build and maintain reporting for lifecycle campaigns, tracking engagement metrics at the portfolio and aggregate level and synthesizing results into clear themes and actions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify capability gaps and drive improvements that strengthen execution quality and speed
  • Enhance existing campaign processes and develop new operating routines that improve consistency, measurement, and optimization
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, leading through collaboration and influence across teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify clear objectives, leverage data to inform strategy, and measure success effectively
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across teams without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong control environment and adhering to risk and compliance procedures

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in credit card or financial services marketing
  • Experience translating marketing strategy into execution requirements, including audiences, data fields, measurement needs, and operational steps
