Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Partner closely with senior leadership on high-priority, bespoke analyses tied to compensation, management company economics, and other commercial and strategic questions relevant to senior leadership decision-making.
Apply keen commercial judgment to frame issues, structure analyses, and interpret results in a decision-useful way, navigating ambiguity and presenting findings in a clear, leadership-appropriate format.
Help scale the team's capability to support senior leadership by identifying gaps, strengthening the analytical approach, and proactively expanding the team's impact.
Lead team initiatives in generative AI integration, process improvement, technology adoption, and automation.
What we're looking for
Seven to ten years of experience in management company finance, compensation consulting, or internal strategy roles at large alternative asset managers.
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers through reframing analyses and providing new perspectives on complex problems.
Proven track record of producing rigorous analysis with imperfect or incomplete data, with experience defining scope in ambiguous situations and building or expanding team capabilities to address emerging needs.
Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex findings for senior audiences.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $190,000 to $230,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
