Job Summary:

The Industry Specialty Services Senior Associate works with the ISS Senior Manager to establish and maintain effective operations necessary to enable BDO professionals to deliver a positive client experience throughout the contracting process and onboarding to new engagements. The successful ISS Senior Associate enjoys bringing order to inherently complex circumstances, and will find satisfaction in the process of ensuring the details of a critical process are accurate and complete.

Job Duties:

Client Onboarding Operations:
• Provides time-sensitive contract documentation needs including:
o Creating accurate drafts on approved templates,
o Submitting requests and updates to the legal department's Contract Management system,
o Contract execution at the direction of ISS Principals
• Works with project managers and leaders to follow approved processes and procedures, with an eye toward opportunities for increased efficiencies
• Determines which centralized admin support teams are needed to provide a streamlined, successful experience for client-facing professionals
• Completes (or coordinate with other departments to complete) Vendor documentation required by Clients
• Carries out timely execution of procedures required for onboarding new subcontractors and independent contractors to Client engagements.
• Maintains accurate and complete business-side contract records

Communication:
• Effectively communicates with leaders, project teams and staff to ensure that information is clear, concise and effectively executed.
• Builds trusting relationships with Practice Leaders such that successful strategic actions executed in one office or region can be shared with other offices and regions

People:
• Supports Industry Specialty Services professionals at direction of ISS Senior Manager.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree, required; degree with a focus in Public Administration, Organization Management, preferred

Experience:
• Four (4) or more years in business process, project management, and solution implementation, required
• Industry experience in government contracts or grants management, preferred

License(s)/Certification(s):
• N/A

Software:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook, required
• Experience with Docusign, CRM software and Smartsheet, preferred

Language(s):
• N/A

• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills, and ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and in groups
• Willing and eager to learn and understand new software applications and systems, with a bent toward continual improvement of processes
• Proactive mindset and ability to think ahead and identify/anticipate problems before they arise
• Interest in understanding and supporting the unique needs of a client base that is largely nonprofit and/or government-funded

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $80,000 - $95,000
Maryland Range: $80,000 - $95,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $80,000 - $95,000
