The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Consulting setting. Will be able todeliver services in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecom, showing leadership and confidence. They will have technical understanding of the HR function and its various domains including Business HR, HR Operations, Talent Management, Change Management and Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations, HR Systems and Total Rewards.
You are ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth.Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations, including but not limited to Cloud based technology, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva either from an Org Design or Process Design perspective.
You communicate (written and verbal) with impact, buildcollaborative and harmoniousrelationships withyour colleagues while being rigorousabout client service.
You engage productively in complex, changing environments.
The successful candidaterequiresfluency in English, in addition to French asthey will be requiredto support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course oftheir employment with PwC Canada
This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation. During the hiring process, our Talent Acquisition team will provide details about our comprehensive total rewards package.
