Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and launch of dynamic, targeted marketing campaigns and nurture journeys for UHNW clients and prospects that highlight J.P. • Partner with marketing and business partners to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for strategic focus areas (e.g. develop value proposition, build web landing page, manage post-event follow-up), using generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Measure marketing campaign performance and optimize for maximum results. Build and maintain readouts; monitor KPIs, identify insights, and recommend optimizations across channels, creative, audiences, and journeys.
  • Project manage an end-to-end strategy to drive the creation, research, and amplification of our flagship client survey and report—partnering with business and content teams to ensure methodological rigor and turn research findings into actionable marketing narratives, campaign content, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Track competitor and peer activity in the UHNW/family office space; synthesize trends, positioning, messaging, channel strategies, and implications for marketing planning.
  • Partner with business intelligence, analytics, and technology teams to identify the strategic framework for interest tagging and measurement and reporting, and create segmented target lists for marketing campaigns

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under time pressure
  • Experimental mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new marketing approaches, especially applications of Generative AI
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations (comfortable tracking against KPIs, and marketing funnel measurement)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • A strong business acumen, preferably in the UHNW (ultra high net worth) Wealth Management space.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves, go-getter and a structured thinker who connects channel-level tactics to the broader marketing and business picture.
