Job Responsibilities- Assists in project scoping and strategic planning for transaction-related analytics engagements.
- Researches and analyzes business performance, strategy, and financial data to develop meaningful insights.
- Participates in client meetings and site visits to gather information and validate analytical assumptions.
- Designs and executes data integration and analytical workflows to support deal analysis.
- Applies a range of analytical techniques to address engagement objectives and client questions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and present analytical findings.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting transaction-related or deal analytics engagements.
- Strong ability to communicate analytical concepts in business terms.

- Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $88,900 - $168,300
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
