About the Role

As a Senior Associate on our DashMart Strategy & Operations team, you will support the operational launches of new processes, technical features and systems that will support the growth of our 1,000+ live Warehousing as a Service concepts. You will be instrumental in coordinating initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring that execution runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also be a trusted partner to our product and engineering teams, providing guidance on how new technical components will impact Warehousing as a Service partners and site-level operators.

You will report into Associate Manager, Product & Systems on our DashMart Warehousing as a Service team in our New Verticals organization.

  • Collaborate. You will work with stakeholders like engineering, product operations, and local operations to operationalize new product enhancements that enable our team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Build. Act as a key consultant for new product builds, providing input to ensure builds are aligned with Warehousing as a Service partner needs.
  • Rally. Coordinate and track ongoing product initiatives, provide status updates and documentation, ensure deadlines are met, manage cross functional stakeholders and address any blockers quickly.
  • Own. You'll be responsible for all logistics and coordination for initiative roll-out to local sites, inclusive of communication strategy and pilot result assessments.
  • Iterate. You will help collect and organize user feedback, support tickets, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.

  • You're analytical. You have experience performing data analysis on a regular basis and can quickly interpret data points to understand root causes and potential solutions using tools like SQL, inventory systems and internal databases.
  • You have a completed Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics or business.


Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).


The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$87,000-$128,000 USD
