About the Role

You will play an integral role in building our business strategy on our Live Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics Pillar . Your primary goal will focus on opportunities to improve Dasher supply & hours by getting into the weeds and really understanding what's happening on the ground, developing and testing hypotheses, and scaling that impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
• You are able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset. You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently.
• You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren't afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future.
• You are able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You focus on getting stuff done and aren't afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front and with optimism.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of operations which may require working weekends and holidays
• You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
