The Senior Associate, Customer Platforms COE sits within the Customer Platforms Strategy team in the Go-To-Market organization. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Customer Platforms Center of Excellence helping go-to-market and commercial teams get the most out of our commercial platforms while ensuring new teams joining the Grant Thornton Advisors platform are onboarded effectively onto our global customer platforms.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role that works across the full Customer Platforms ecosystem partnering closely with Platform Operations and Data & Governance teams within Customer Platforms, as well as the broader go-to-market, marketing, and commercial teams across the firm. You will contribute to enablement programs, support onboarding activity, and help maintain the standards that keep our commercial platforms performing.
Your Day to DaySupport COE Operations- Partner with the COE team, Platform Operations, and Data & Governance to ensure programs and initiatives are delivered on time and to standard
- Assist in managing intake, tracking platform requests, and maintaining governance documentation
- Coordinate across Customer Platforms teams and firm stakeholders to keep COE activity moving efficiently
- Help identify and flag gaps in platform adoption, process alignment, or onboarding readiness
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of COE frameworks, playbooks, and operating standards
Enable Go-To-Market and Commercial Teams- Partner with the Associate Director and the broader Customer Platforms team on the design and delivery of enablement programs for go-to-market, marketing, and commercial teams - including sellers, PMDs, and business development professionals
- Facilitate training sessions, create user-facing materials, and ensure content is practical, role-relevant, and current
- Track adoption and usage metrics across commercial platforms and compile insights that inform enablement priorities
- Respond to platform questions and requests from go-to-market and commercial teams, escalating where needed
- Work alongside go-to-market, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to close adoption gaps and drive consistent platform use across service lines
Support Onboarding onto the Global Customer Platform- Partner with the COE, Platform Operations, and Data & Governance teams on onboarding discovery for teams joining the GT network - including acquisitions, new market entries, and firm expansions
- Help document current-state commercial operations, data landscapes, and process gaps for incoming teams
- Support the development and execution of transition plans that move new teams onto the global customer platform without disrupting client activity
- Coordinate with integration teams, incoming stakeholders, and GT platform leads to keep onboarding activity on track
- Maintain onboarding documentation, trackers, and playbooks to support consistent execution across engagements
Contribute to Platform Standards and Reporting- Help maintain platform governance documentation, usage standards, and best practice guides in partnership with Platform Operations and Data & Governance
- Compile adoption reporting and prepare materials for COE and leadership reviews
- Partner with go-to-market, marketing, commercial, and other firm functions to support cross-functional platform alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across COE processes and onboarding frameworks
You Have the Following ExperienceWhat You've Done- 3-5 years in a commercial operations, enablement, sales operations, CRM operations, or related business-facing role
- Supported adoption or change management efforts for commercial platforms in a professional services or client-facing environment
- Contributed to onboarding, integration, or transition projects coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Partnered across multiple teams or functions to deliver shared outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Operated as a day-to-day user and operator of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
- Developed training materials, process documentation, or user-facing content for commercial audiences

The base salary range for this position in the firm's Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Cleveland, OH, and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $88,000 and $132,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's Washington, DC, Boston, MA, Edison, NJ, and New York, NY, and Melville, NY offices only is between $95,040 and $142,560 per year.

Grant Thornton employees may be eligible for a discretionary, annual bonus based on individual and firm performance, subject to the terms, conditions and eligibility criteria of the applicable bonus plan or program. Interns and seasonal employees are not eligible for bonus compensation.
