  • Lead site optimization and testing strategy roadmap to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Execute structured tests — such as creative, targeting, and landing page tests — with guidance from senior team members
  • Present performance updates and future-state strategies to product and marketing leadership to influence prioritization decisions
  • Coordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance requirements
  • Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and legal teams
  • Experience managing a budget to implement tactics across channels and working with creative agencies and brand teams
  • Experience navigating a controlled and regulated environment with the ability to substantiate claims and translate them into marketing language
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Marketing strategy experience within a regulated industry
  • Comfort navigating complex cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
