M Moser Associates is hiring a Senior Associate - Creative Lead, Workplace Interior Design to be based in our Toronto office and join our leadership team to drive design excellence across a dynamic portfolio of workplace projects, supporting the growth and innovation of our integrated design practice.
Job title: Senior Associate - Creative Lead, Workplace Interior Design
Job type: Full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week
Base pay range: $110,000 to 130,000 annually
Responsibilities
 Lead and direct the interior design vision and strategy across multiple workplace projects.
 Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver transformative workplace environments aligned with business and cultural goals.
 Champion creative excellence, driving concept development and ensuring design innovation throughout all project phases.
 Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary teams of designers, managing resource planning, talent development, and performance reviews.
 Present and defend design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and securing future opportunities.
 Work closely with Project Directors, Strategic Planners, and Construction Managers to ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline.
 Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables and maintain the highest standards in design documentation and technical execution.
 Contribute to business development initiatives, including RFP responses, pitches, and thought leadership efforts.
 Collaborate with regional and global design leaders to share knowledge, elevate design processes, and inspire cross-office creativity.
 Guide research and implementation of workplace trends, sustainability practices, and technology integration into the design process.
 Support strategic planning, fee proposals, and financial oversight of design-related project scopes.
