Responsibilities

  • Support various phases of rebrand implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed budgets and schedules using project management software.
  • Manage project deliverables in alignment with project plans.

  • Ensure all project participants are aligned on goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables.

Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Senior Associate is responsible for providing project management and consulting support on rebrand implementation projects. This role may involve leading small projects, key components of larger projects, as well as providing support across multiple projects. The Senior Associate is expected to manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Project Management and Execution
  • Support various phases of rebrand implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and updates using project management software.
  • Manage project deliverables and performance in line with approved project plans.
  • Track and review changes against the Statement of Work using change orders affecting proposed budgets, scope, and time.
  • Support and manage suppliers as required (e.g., RFI, RFP, regular follow-up, tracking tools).


Strategic and Analytical Skills
  • Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables by beginning with the end in mind and managing this process throughout each phase of work.
  • Produce cost estimates based on client data and established strategies.
  • Research relevant suppliers to determine their value in assisting with a client's complete rebrand.
  • Develop and update deliverables based on data gathered to support project analysis.


Communication and Collaboration
  • Attend and host meetings with clients, maintaining records from internal and client-facing meetings, and communicate updates accordingly.
  • Take notes during stakeholder interviews and incorporate relevant information into project planning and analysis.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that impact the client and/or team member experience.

  • Demonstrated commitment to life-long learning; post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate preferred.
  • Three to four years of relevant experience that includes project management and direct client engagement.

  • Proven track record of regularly seeking feedback and integrating it into work practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify important details while maintaining focus on overall project goals.
  • Ability to quickly change direction and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client calls and requests independently.

  • High level of comfort with technology, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint.

  • Competitive compensation: $77,000-$115,500 CAD, plus commission. Total compensation depends on experience and skills and includes non-cash rewards.
